Berlin greenlights 14 tanks to Kiev, allows other states to follow suit

Following months of pressure from NATO allies and Kiev, Berlin has decided to send 14 of its main battle tanks to Ukraine – while Biden announced the US will hand over 31 of its Abrams tanks and other armored vehicles to Ukraine.
