Tensions flare at Ankara summit as Ukrainian delegation protests Russian speech

A Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) meeting in Türkiye’s capital Ankara descended into scuffles and violence after the Ukrainian delegation in attendance interrupted a speech by a Russian official.
